ONEXBUS - Proudly Canadian, Truly Ontarian

Intercity Bus Routes Across Ontario

Travelling between major cities in Ontario does not have to be complicated or expensive. ONEXBUS operates a network of intercity bus routes designed to connect key destinations such as Toronto, London and Ottawa with reliable, affordable service. Instead of managing traffic, parking and highway driving on your own, you can choose one of our intercity bus routes in Ontario and let a professional driver handle the road while you focus on what matters.

This page is a simple overview of our active routes. Each route section links to a dedicated page where you can find stop details, typical frequencies and travel tips. For exact departure times and real-time availability, please always use the ONEXBUS booking system – it is the only source for current schedules.

Toronto, Pearson & GTA to London

GTA–London Bus Route (v.v.)

The GTA–London corridor is one of ONEXBUS’s core intercity routes in Ontario, connecting several Greater Toronto Area stops with key locations in London. This route is ideal for students, commuters, airport travellers and anyone visiting family or friends in either city.

Typical stops on this corridor include combinations of:

  • Toronto Downtown
  • Toronto Pearson Airport
  • Brampton
  • Mississauga
  • Milton
  • Kitchener
  • London South
  • London Downtown
  • UWO Campus

ONEXBUS runs multiple trips most days in both directions, including a mix of standard services and faster limited-stop trips. On many weekdays there can be up to eight departures per direction when you combine London–GTA and GTA–London journeys, with slightly fewer on weekends. Some trips are timed around airport connections at Pearson, while others are better suited to campus, downtown or suburban travel.

Because not every trip stops at every location and frequencies can change with the season, ONEXBUS does not publish a fixed timetable on this routes page. For the latest information, including which stops are served on each departure, please visit the GTA–London route page and then check live schedules in the booking system.

Toronto & Kingston to Ottawa

Toronto–Ottawa Bus Route (v.v.)

The Toronto–Ottawa route connects downtown Toronto with Ottawa Via Rail Station, providing a comfortable intercity option for students, government and business travellers, and visitors heading to the capital for events or sightseeing.

This corridor is structured around the days when demand is highest between the two cities. ONEXBUS generally operates one Toronto–Ottawa trip and one Ottawa–Toronto trip on selected days of the week, with service focused around long weekends and peak travel periods such as Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. This pattern makes it easy to plan weekend or short-stay trips without needing to fly or drive.

Travel time on the Toronto–Ottawa bus route is comparable to driving, but with the advantage of being able to relax, work or study while someone else drives. As with other ONEXBUS services, exact departure days, times and durations may change seasonally or as demand shifts.

For a full explanation of stops, who this route is best suited for, and how to make the most of your trip, please visit the Toronto–Ottawa route page. When you are ready to travel, use the booking system to see real-time schedules and available seats.

Toronto to Kitchener & Stratford

Toronto–Stratford Bus Route (v.v.)

The Toronto–Stratford bus route provides a convenient connection between Stratford, Kitchener, Toronto Pearson Airport and, on selected trips, downtown Toronto. This corridor is especially useful if you are travelling without a car and need a straightforward way to reach the Stratford area or connect through Pearson.

Outside of the main festival season, the schedule is primarily adjusted around airport travel patterns. There are usually a small number of weekday departures in each direction. From Stratford, morning and midday trips typically travel via Kitchener and continue to Pearson, with some trips extending to downtown Toronto. In the opposite direction, early-morning and later-morning departures from the GTA give travellers flexible options for arriving in Stratford for work, daytime plans or performances.

This route is currently scheduled to operate until 1 February and is then planned to be suspended until further notice. Because service availability and timings can change based on market conditions and demand, passengers should always confirm current operation dates and departures in the ONEXBUS booking system.

For route-specific information, including stop descriptions and guidance on when this route is most useful, please see the Toronto–Stratford route page. The booking system will show whether trips are available for your preferred date.

ONEXBUS Stop Locations

Please note that pick-up and drop-off stops may be at separate locations on Eastbound and Westbound trips. Sometimes, the stops are too close to each other and may look like a single point on the map. To ensure you are waiting at the right stop, please zoom in the map below as much as you can to see all the stops around that area and click on the bus icon to read the clear stop description.
