I’ve taken the Toronto - London route multiple times with no complaints, but I wanted to leave this review because of the fantastic customer service I just received. Toronto traffic got the best of me and I was set to arrive at the time of departure or a few minutes later, and was naturally worried I would miss my bus. They gave me a call to check on my time of arrival when I wasn’t there and waited for me when I confirmed my ETA. 10/10!
